Privacy Policy
Shopping on the Internet requires you to give out various details about yourself that could be used by unscrupulous traders to bombard you with junk mail and spam - but not with WRPM. Your details are stored and downloaded to WRPM securely at all times during your transaction.

The information we collect and how we use it
When you place an order with WRPM, we need to know your name, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date, e-mail address and telephone number. This information allows us to fulfill your order and notify you of the status of your order. We may also use your name and email address to provide you with information about features which may be of interest to you but this is only if you request at the subscribe-me points.

If you subscribe to our mailing lists for new release and other information, we need to know your e-mail address and we also ask you to answer various general questions about yourself. You will be asked to specify the areas in which you are interested so that we can tailor the information which we send to you to cover the topics and merchandise which we believe you might be interested in. If at any time you wish to receive information about any other areas which you currently do not receive you may amend your preferences by sending an email, stating the amendments you wish to make, to music@wrpm.net. If you wish to stop receiving any information, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by sending an email whose subject is "unsubscribe" to music@wrpm.net.

Your consent
By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this Policy. If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page so that you may be aware of them. We will also e-mail you should we make any changes and give you a chance to ask us not to use your information in that way.

WRPM Guarantee
If your order turn out to be faulty or different from what you ordered, we offer a a full refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You have the the right to cancel (without reason) your contract to buy within 7 working days from when you receive the order. Your money will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation less the cost of returning the goods.

Damage in the post to you?
Full replacement guaranteed. It would help us if you notify the office immediately and send your order back to the office within a week of the sale.

Presents not a success?
If you would like an exchange or refund please let us know as soon as possible. The goods must be sent back to us back within one month in mint condition.

What to do if you have a complaint
Whilst we do everything humanly possible to ensure that we deliver you the music of your choice in perfect condition, inevitably things can sometimes go wrong. It may be that you experienced problems with the web site, or that there were problems with the order itself. Please telephone us to let us know exactly what went wrong, and we will do everything we can to correct the problems. If - as a result of your call - we change elements of our company policy or website, we will keep you informed of this. Finally, you are always at liberty to take advantage of our no-quibble money-back guarantee if you feel that the matter was not resolved to your complete satisfaction. Anything we've missed out?
