Delivery of your order
WRPM aims to get your music order in your hands within 7 days. You will receive an email receipt and advice of your order and its progress as well as a receipt note when your order arrives. The email will also advise you of your right to cancel the order.

The vast majority of the catalogue is in stock but sometimes WRPM may have to place a special order with a supplier. In this case, you will either see special order by the item in the catalogue or you will be advised on receipt of your order. Special orders take up to 28 days to deliver.

Postage and Packing (UK customers)
Postage and Packing for standard cds and tapes is £1.00 for your first order and 50p for each further item. For books and heavier items you will find rates calculated automatically as you go through checkout. For other countries, postage is automatically calculated depending on country of origin, but we'll be happy to let you know if you e-mail us ahead of your order. In any case, you can work out postage before committing yourself to an order. Simply place the items you require in a basket, go to the checkout, and select your country. You can then review the postage costs before going to checkout. There is also a separate page giving all these costs for your information.
